1992년도에 한국에서 처음으로 PCB관련 Ball bearing spindle수리, 유리가공 및 기타 공작기계에서
쓰이는 다양한 스핀들 수리를 시작으로 그동안 전량 수입에 의존하던 스핀들 부품을 국산화 시켰습니다. 또한
스핀들 제조사에서만 수리가 가능했던 Air bearing spindle도 꾸준한 연구와 기술 개발로 100% 자체 수리가 가능해졌습니다.


 


2001년부터는 스핀들 수리업체에서 벗어나 축적된 기술을 바탕으로 수입에 의존하고
있던 스핀들과 관련 부품의 제작 및 양산체계를 구축하여 주문생산 및 해외 수출품의 제작을 시작하였고 수출과 동시에 기술적으로 앞선 외국의 다양한
스핀들 업체들과 협력하여 스핀들 수입도 병행 하고 있습니다.


 


특히
Air bearing spindle제작을 국내업체로는 처음으로 시작을 하였고 현재도 한국에서 몇 개 안되는 Air bearing spindle 제작 업체들 중 최고라 자부하고 있습니다.


 


현재는 초음파 스핀들(Ultrasonic
spindle)이라는 신 개념의 스핀들을 국내 최초로 개발 완료하고 생산을 하고 있습니다. 초음파
스핀들은 실리콘카바이드(SiC), 다공성 세라믹, 핸드폰
터치패널의 강화유리, 사파이어, 쿼츠등 단단하면서도 깨지기
쉬워 정밀 가공 및 연삭이 어려운 난삭재가공 분야에서 사용하는 스핀들 입니다.


 


PCB와 반도체 산업 이외에도 한국에서 강점인 LCD, 자동차등의 관련 산업 공작기계장비 업체들과 힘을 합쳐 유리가공 및 기타 산업용 스핀들 양산을 하고 있습니다.


또한 다양한 스핀들 산업 진출을 위해
현재 정부와 협력하여 기술개발을 추진 중에 있습니다.

In 1992, we started localizing spindle parts that
depended on imports for the first time in Korea, starting with repairing
various spindles used in PCB-related ball bearing spindle repair, glass
processing and other machine tools. In addition, air bearing spindles, which
were only available for repair by spindle manufacturers, are now 100%
self-repairable through constant research and technology development.


 


Since 2001, we have started to manufacture
custom-made and overseas export products by manufacturing and mass-producing
spindles and related parts, which depended on imports, based on accumulated
technology. We also work with spindle manufacturers to import spindles.


 


In particular, we started producing air bearing
spindles for the first time as a domestic company, and we are proud to be one
of the few manufacturers of air bearing spindles in Korea.


 


Currently, we are developing and producing the new
spindle for the first time in Korea, called Ultrasonic Spindle. Ultrasonic
spindles are used in hard-to-break and difficult-to-machine parts such as
silicon carbide (SiC), porous ceramics, tempered glass of mobile phone touch
panels, sapphire, and quartz.


 


In addition to the PCB and semiconductor
industries, we have joined forces with machine tool equipment companies such as
LCD and automobiles, which are strengths in Korea, to produce glass processing
and other industrial spindles.


In addition, we are currently promoting technology
development in cooperation with the government to enter various spindle
industries.


 


In the global era, where only companies based on
