Laon's fully automatic torque wrench calibration system is a system that automatically calibrates torque wrenches used during aircraft manufacturing and maintenance. It can prevent reliability issues caused by differences in data values between workers that occurred when performing calibration using existing human labor, as well as musculoskeletal injuries (hands, wrists, shoulders, etc.) of workers. This allows stable data acquisition, contributing to maintaining consistent quality and performance for aircraft, and contributing to improved work efficiency through physical protection of workers. After installing the torque wrench, it is possible to perform 'handle rotation for moving the measurement point', 'torque generation', 'acquisition of measured data and issuance of report' with one execution command. It consists of two types for aviation and general industry, and both click type (preset type) and digital type can be measured. (Measurement range: 10 N.m~2000 N.m) |
